The EBLC Water & Environment Task Force invites you to an energizing meeting with Intersect Power, the organization behind the Aramis Renewable Energy Project in Livermore. California has big goals when it comes to renewable energy. At EBLC we are interested in the innovative projects that will aim to meet these goals. Join us as we learn about this proposed 410-acre solar project and its implication for the Tri-Valley.
About our Speaker:
Marisa Mitchell leads land-use permitting, community engagement, and environmental policy matters for Intersect Power. Marisa is passionate about designing renewable energy infrastructure that minimizes environmental impacts and maximizes environmental enhancements. Working in the utility-scale renewable energy space since 2006, she has a wealth of experience in all phases of the development cycle, from initial site selection through construction compliance. Marisa has expertise in relevant environmental laws and policies and key relationships with regulators.
Marisa holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, an MA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
