Join us as we learn about this proposed 410-acre solar project and its implication for the Tri-Valley.\n\n\n\nAbout our Speaker:\nMarisa Mitchell leads land-use permitting\, community engagement\, and environmental policy matters for Intersect Power. Marisa is passionate about designing renewable energy infrastructure that minimizes environmental impacts and maximizes environmental enhancements. Working in the utility-scale renewable energy space since 2006\, she has a wealth of experience in all phases of the development cycle\, from initial site selection through construction compliance. Marisa has expertise in relevant environmental laws and policies and key relationships with regulators.\n\nMarisa holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business\, an MA in Environmental Studies from the University of California\, Santa Cruz\, and a BS in Environmental Science from the University of California\, Berkeley.
