Infrastructure Task Force
The 2025 legislative session introduced sweeping changes to housing legislation in California, underscoring the state's commitment to addressing its housing challenges. Now that the session has concluded, EBLC's Infrastructure Task Force will be joined by UC Berkeley's Terner Center for Housing Innovation for a comprehensive discussion on the most impactful bills. The conversation will explore major housing supply and land use reforms, and what they could mean for California’s housing market in the years ahead.
