Now that the session has concluded\, EBLC's Infrastructure Task Force will be joined by UC Berkeley's Terner Center for Housing Innovation for a comprehensive discussion on the most impactful bills. The conversation will explore major housing supply and land use reforms\, and what they could mean for California's housing market in the years ahead.\n\nOUR SPEAKER\n\n\n\nJulie Aguilar is a Research Analyst for the Terner Center for Housing Innovation. Before her role at the Terner Center\, Julie was a Senior Research Fellow at California Community Builders (CCB) where her research focused on housing\, homeownership\, and bridging the racial and ethnic wealth gaps. Previously\, she was a Senior Policy and Research Analyst at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
