Infrastructure Task Force
Join EBLC’s Infrastructure Task Force for a presentation from Contra Costa County on the Urban Limit Line (ULL), the voter-adopted boundary that directs where development can occur within the county. This session will provide an overview of the ULL, including its history and role in shaping growth and land use planning, as well as the potential impacts of Measure A, which would renew and update the ULL should it pass during the June Primary. The discussion will also explore how the ULL and Measure A intersect with broader planning efforts, including the County’s General Plan, Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) requirements and housing development, climate action and adaptation strategies, and long-term infrastructure planning.
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain a clearer understanding of how these policies work together to guide growth, balance development with conservation, and plan for the county’s future.
