Health Task Force

Please join EBLC's Health Task Force for a presentation from Contra Costa County on the implementation of Proposition 1 dollars. Proposition 1 was a ballot measure voted on and approved by California voters in early 2024. The measure approved a $6.4 billion bond to build more places for mental health care and drug or alcohol treatment as well as housing for people with mental health, drug, or alcohol challenges. This presentation will cover progress made on the dispersal and implementation of Prop 1 funds in Contra Costa county. Speakers from the county will include Marie Scannell, Gerold Loeniker, Fatima MataSol, and Windy Taylor.
