Water & Environment Task Force
This month we’ll hear from Jody London and Will Nelson about the County’s ongoing work to address climate impacts in Contra Costa County. This includes updates to the County’s General Plan, which governs land use, and the Climate Action Plan. Please join us on July 19th to hear about these ambitious plans and other climate-focused efforts in Contra Costa County.
About Our Speakers
Jody London, Sustainability Coordinator, Contra Costa County
Jody London joined Contra Costa County as its first Sustainability Coordinator in June 2016. Jody oversees implementation of the County’s Climate Action Plan.
Will Nelson, Principal Planner, Contra Costa County
Will Nelson is leading Envision Contra Costa 2040, the County's effort to address land use, transportation, housing and other important issues over the next twenty years.
