Plan Bay Area 2050 is a long-range planning effort conducted by the Association of Bay Area Governments and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission. Plan Bay Area 2050 will focus on four key issues—the economy, the environment, housing and transportation—and will identify a path to make the Bay Area more equitable for all residents and more resilient in the face of unexpected challenges. Raleigh McCoy is a transportation planner at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Association of Bay Area Governments, where she works on long-range transportation planning and policy, community-based transportation plans, and state and federal performance monitoring programs.
