Infrastructure Task Force
The Governing Board of the Contra Costa Community College District (4CD) has voted to place a $920 million bond measure on the June 2026 ballot in Contra Costa County. The funding, which is expected to be approximately $57 million each year, would be used to make significant facility and infrastructure upgrades across Los Medanos, Diablo Valley, and Contra Costa Colleges. This investment is aimed at helping 4CD's campuses meet today's academic, safety, and sustainability standards.
Join EBLC's Infrastructure Task Force for a presentation and Q&A with representatives from 4CD to learn more about the measure itself, the specific projects and campus improvements it would advance, and implications for the broader community should it pass in June.
