As California's governor and the state legislature finalize the budget\, we will learn about the status of healthcare funding and how healthcare providers and East Bay residents may be impacted.\n\n\n\nOUR SPEAKERS\n\n \n\n\nJason Constantouros is a Principal Fiscal & Policy Analyst at the Legislative Analyst's Office\, specializing in Medi Cal\, managed care\, family health\, and workforce development. He leads analysis in areas such as hospital finance\, pharmacy\, women's and children's health\, managed health care regulation\, and programs like California Children's Services. He holds a Masters in Public Administration and an MA in Economics from Syracuse University\, and a BA in History from UCLA.\n\n\n\n\n\nKarina Hendren is a Fiscal & Policy Analyst at the Legislative Analyst's Office\, where she specializes in Medi-Cal\, long-term care\, and developmental services. Her budget responsibilities span the State Council on Developmental Disabilities\, the Department of Health Care Services\, the Department of Developmental Services\, and the Department of Rehabilitation. She earned her Master of Public Policy from Duke University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.\n\n\n\n\n\nWill Owens is a Fiscal & Policy Analyst at the Legislative Analyst's Office\, where he focuses on public health\, behavioral health\, and state hospitals.
