About Us
Bob Linscheid is President and CEO of Linscheid Enterprises, which provides comprehensive public relations and management services for a number of economic development organizations, trade associations, small businesses, and professional sports team. He is the past President / CEO of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and previous Managing Director of Innovate North State, a leading regional innovation catalyst organization in Northern California.
He is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees for California State University, having served from 2005 to 2014. Bob is a member of the San Francisco, Oakland and San Luis Obispo Chambers of Commerce and the East Bay Leadership Council. Bob is an active member of the Rotary Club, and has completed three Rotaplast missions to South America. He has received numerous service awards for his work and leadership with various Chambers and through the Rotary Club. He is also a graduate of Leadership San Francisco in 2015. Bob received his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Public Administration from Chico State University.
Bob currently serves as Special Advisor to the President of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for Economic Development, leading the integration of economic development and business attraction for Tech Park initiatives with the Cal Poly Vision 2022 plan.
