Water, Energy, & Environment Task Force
Please join the East Bay Leadership Council to learn about the Nutrients Watershed Permit approved by the San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board last year. The permit applies to 40 Bay Area wastewater facilities and requires significant reductions for nutrient levels in treated wastewater discharge to the Bay over the next 10 years. We will hear from the Executive Officer for the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board on the details and drivers of the permit, and the Executive Director of the Bay Area Clean Water Agencies on how wastewater agencies are responding.
