Environmental and Manufacturing Task Force Update
The June 14th Environmental/Manufacturing Task Force featured a presentation by Gay Lucks of Beyond Compliance LLC. Mr. Lucks is an attorney with an extensive background in environmental law and policy. The comprehensive and informational presentation included an overview of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s current approach to enforcement and an update of recent legislative and regulatory changes. Mr. Luck’s presentation also addressed numerous bills currently being proposed, including those related to climate change, wildfires and electric vehicles.
