EBLC Newsletter: Middle Class is at Stake

The East Bay Leadership Council played a key role in the establishment of four employer-led partnerships in 2015-16. The goal of each of these partnerships (Healthcare, ICT, Transportation & Logistics, and Advanced Manufacturing) is for employers to have the opportunity to help grow their local workforce while providing an opportunity to improve residents’ income mobility across the region.
