Action Alert: Speak out to fix our roads

The East Bay Leadership Council needs your help in telling three members of our legislative delegation that it is time to fix our roads. Governor Brown said it well at a recent press conference in Concord: pay now or pay later and pay a helluva lot more. The time to invest in our roads is now.
